The Member Minder Pro Story
Our journey began in 2003 with the launch of DACdb (the District and Club Database). Founded by the late PDG Mike Thacker, the platform was created by Rotarians, for Rotarians. As the needs of the service world grew, so did our vision.
Today, Member Minder Pro serves as the parent brand for a dual-ecosystem approach to membership management. We’ve expanded our reach beyond our original roots to support any service-based organization, while maintaining the specialized focus our long-term partners expect.
Two Flagships, One Vision
To serve our diverse global community, we operate two distinct, parallel platforms under the MemberMinder Pro flag. This “air-gapped” structure ensures total data separation, security, and compliance:
- DACdb: Our dedicated platform for the Rotary family—including Clubs, Districts, Zones, Action Groups, and Fellowships.
- iMembersDB: A generalized, powerful version of our core technology rebranded specifically for other service organizations and non-profits.
While these two products share a common DNA and parallel development cycles, they remain strictly separated. This overabundance of caution ensures that every organization we serve enjoys a secure, tailored environment that meets their specific regulatory and data-privacy requirements.
